Insurance Benefit
If you are 18 years old or more, worked for BellStores over six months and average 28 work hours per week, you are eligible for health care benefits.

  • Bell Stores offers two Health Insurance Plans to our eligible hourly associates. Both plans are offered through AultCare of Canton. BellStores contributes 50% to the total premium cost.

Financial Benefits

  • 401(k): Annual maximum amount of $15,500 from each employee’s compensation can be invested in Campbell Oil’s 401(k) plan. The company matches the employee’s deferred contribution 100% for the first 3% of employee contribution and 50% of the employee’s next 2% contribution.
  • Profit Sharing: Bellstores annually contributes a percentage of pretax corporate profit to each eligible associate.
  • Uniform Allowance: Associates are required to pay $10.00 per uniform shirt. BellStores pays the balance of the uniform cost.
  • Shift Differential: BellStore associates working third shift or midnight shift are paid a 50¢ per hour premium.
  • Holiday Premium Pay: Six national holidays are recognized by BellStores for this benefit. Associates are paid an additional one-half times their regular hourly rate for hours worked on the holiday.

Vacation Benefits

  • 1 week after one calendar year of continuous employment
  • 2 weeks after three calendar years of continuous employment
  • 3 weeks after eight calendar years of continuous employment
